#1 Day Diet


Lunch
Berat : 51.5 kg
Morning -push up 10x sit-up 10x. Eat bihun goreng, keropok 1 teh tarik dan 1 teh o.
Oh saya pakai pb juga.
Tengahari- nasi lauk 2 ekor ikan goreng, ayam masak kurma, daging kicap, epal dan 2 gelas air oren
Malam-Kuew teow Sup
